Do you have a brick & mortar? How will we know when and where we can shop? 

As of currently, we do not own a "Color It In" physical store. However, we do have a group of consistent "Pop Up" locations. We will be announcing our dates, times, & location details well in advance via website, social media outlets, and email lists. 

How do we shop? 

You will be able to shop online directly from our website or social media sites, as well attend our many public Pop Ups. You may also schedule a private appointment to shop in person at our home base. An additional option is to plan a private Pop Up event at the location of your choice with friends, and have an opportunity to earn your dress at 50% off. 

Do you register the dresses according to schools? 

Yes, absolutely. We will register each new dress sold, so that you know if any comparable style will be worn at your school. We also keep records of our Pre-Loved Pretties as to where they were worn and when. 

What size dresses do you carry?

Currently, we carry NEW dress sizes 0-12. However, we do carry a larger variety of Pre-Loved sizes. In the future, we are extremely interested in carrying sizes 12-24. We also have the option of ordering any style in any size available. 

How much are your dresses?

Our dresses will vary in price range with an average of $200-$850. We will price match, as well, if you provide the information from a reputable company and we can confirm it is the exact dress. 

Can I return or exchange the dress if it is unworn or I did not attend the event?

Unfortunately, No. We will not accept returns or exchanges once the dress has been sold. 

Do you offer Layaway? 

Yes, we do offer a layaway plan at no additional cost to you. 

  • We will require a non-refundable 25% deposit the day chosen. 
  • 14 days later, another 25% is due. If portion is not paid this day, dress will be returned to inventory. You will receive reminders from our team. 
  • 14 days later (for a total of 30 days from agreement),  dress must be paid in full (remaining 50%) and picked up or shipped. 

Do you ship?

Yes, we do ship to anywhere in the US. Shipping costs will be included at checkout. Our processing time is up to 2 days, depending on the volume of orders received at the time.  Due to safety reasons, we send all our dresses with signature upon delivery required. Please make sure you or someone you trust will be home at time of delivery to sign. If you are not home, you can arrange with UPS to pick it up at a coordinated location.
