Payments
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, pre-loaded gift cards, Apple Pay. Personal Checks are not an option.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN
- 35% of the total purchase price is due at the time of purchase.
- 35% is due 3 weeks from the purchase date.
- 30% is due 3 weeks later, completing the balance.
The dress will remain at Color It In Boutique until the balance has been paid in full. Once your final payment is received, your dress must be picked up that day unless other arrangements have been made with our team.
At the time of purchase, you'll receive a payment schedule with all due dates and sign a layaway agreement. As a courtesy, we'll also send reminder text messages before each payment is due. Payments may be made in person or over the phone during regular business hours.
3-day grace period is provided after each payment due date. If payment is not received within the grace period and we have not heard from you, your layaway may be canceled, payments received forfeited, and the dress may be returned to our sales floor for purchase by another customer.
Special Orders
If your preferred size, color, or style is not currently available in our boutique, we can special order it when availability allows through the designer.
Please note the following:
- Special orders are subject to designer availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- A $15 shipping and processing fee applies to all special orders.
- Most special orders arrive within 7–10 business days, but some may take longer depending on the designer and time of year.
- Full payment or first installment of our payment plan (35%) is required before a special order is placed.
- Because special orders are purchased specifically for you, all special order sales are final and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
- While we do our best to provide accurate color representations, actual fabric colors may vary slightly due to dye lots, lighting, and screen settings.
- We will contact you as soon as your order arrives and is ready for pickup.
